Terms of use

These terms are an agreement between you and Likely Solutions, Inc., doing business as PedalBro (“PedalBro”, “we”, “us”). They cover pedalbro.com and the PedalBro MCP server (api.pedalbro.com/mcp). By using either, you agree to them.

What PedalBro is

PedalBro gathers guitar pedal information from manufacturers, catalogs, retailers, marketplaces and publications, and presents it in one place. It is free to use. About PedalBro explains where the data comes from and how scores work.

Information is provided as is

We work to keep specs, prices and scores accurate, but they come from third parties and change often. Prices and stock may differ by the time you reach a seller, and used prices are asking prices, not sale prices. Check the details with the seller before you buy.

PedalBro is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We don't sell pedals. Purchases are between you and the seller, under the seller's terms.

Affiliate links

Some buy links are affiliate links, so PedalBro earns a commission when you buy through them, at no extra cost to you. As an Amazon Associate, PedalBro earns from qualifying purchases. Commissions never affect rankings or scores.

Using the site and the MCP server

You may use PedalBro for personal research and in conversations with AI assistants. Please don't overload the service, get around its rate limits, or copy the catalog in bulk to republish or build a competing database. We may limit or block traffic that does.

Reviews we link to belong to their publishers, and brand names belong to their owners. Summaries, guides and scores written by PedalBro are ours. Quoting them with a link back is fine.

Accounts

An account is optional and only needed to save boards. Keep your sign-in secure. You can delete your account at any time by emailing [email protected].

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, PedalBro is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from information on the site, from sellers, or from purchases you make through links on it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about them or about PedalBro will be heard in the state or federal courts located in California, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms, and the date above shows when. Our privacy policy explains what we collect. Questions: [email protected].
