About PedalBro
PedalBro is an index of guitar pedals: one page per pedal with its specs, power needs, current prices, and what the pros and players think of it.
Where it comes from
Specs come from manufacturers and public pedal catalogs, merged into one record per pedal. Prices come from retailers and marketplace listings and are refreshed at least daily. Used prices are asking prices from live listings, not what pedals actually sold for. Every page shows when it was last checked.
The PedalBro score
The score runs from 0 to 100. It blends professional reviews with star ratings from retailers, which are combined into a single number. For each professional review we show the publication, its rating and a link to the review, never the review itself.
Review scores bunch up near the top, so we stretch them out. A pedal with little evidence is pulled toward the middle, and a score based on a single review is an early read, not a verdict.
What we don't do
We don't test pedals, and we don't claim to. Everything here comes from the sources above. The summary on each page is written by PedalBro from those specs, descriptions and reviews.
